Our Manager-In-Training must be an enthusiastic learner as we show and demonstrate the skills needed to be an effective leader. MIT’s job is to get to know staff, mentor first-time job holders, and lead them all to success by following our roadmap that ensures top standards in customer service, cleanliness and safety!
The position of Manager-In-Training is in place as a transitional role to develop all the skills necessary to take on an assistant manager or store management duties at a later date. It is typical practice to elevate a Manager-In-Training into this role as skills become mastered. A Manager-In-Training is a great multi-year growth position with several benchmarks for increased job flexibility, bonuses and pay.

PARTY PROS
A Party Pro is the heartbeat of Cowabunga’s! This person is responsible for maintaining safety in our gyms, cleanliness throughout the entire facility, and ensuring all guests at Cowabunga’s are greeted warmly and have fun during their visit! Party Pros are also expected to run our birthday parties to our high standards. Must be 16 or older for this position.
Our supervisors lead the fun at Cowabunga’s and work with party pros to make sure all our customer service and cleaning standards are being met! We offer flexible, fast paced work environment that can shift based off of your other commitments! We are looking to for someone that can work during the week (days or nights) and has availability on the weekends too! This position is typically 20 hours per week or more with running from 9 am to 3 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm during the week & on weekends. Must be 18 or older for this position. Looking for someone with leadership experience at work or school setting AND that has great customer service!
This position will start out working with the manager and senior supervisors to develop leadership skills & master Cowabunga’s processes. Job includes a little bit of everything including cashier duties, answering phones, checking emails, organizing, cleaning and more. Must be able to multitask, have a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Must be 16 years or older. This position could be great for a home schooled student or college student with daytime availability.
